Ready after decanting. Nicely evolved colour, it is in its optimum drinking window now. Autumn leaves and dry red fruits, savoury in a way. A touch overdone, but I can accept it this time. 14.5 %

Tasted blind. We thought this was a Syrah. Well restrained and balanced. Good wine making here and the fruit was in harmony and with a nice fresh yet silky feel. Very difficult to place definitely we thought old world and wend with odd French appellation albeit it also reminded us of the 2007 Bargylus we tried the other day.. A very nice surprise, not the most exciting wine but very solid and would happily drink this any day. Solid 90

Decanted and enjoyed straight away. Lifted red fruits on the mid palate is what grabbed my attention, might be slightly overdone but I believe a little more time in the bottle will sort this out. At present nice fruity, well balanced with a solid backbone with a promise for another 7-8 years ahead, so no rush to drink now.

A beautifully balanced wine, still in its youth, well shaped tannin structure and fresh plum action from the Merlot (the leading variety in the blend). Still young to my taste so no rush for the other bottles.

The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. It smells like raspberry and lemon. It tastes like raspberry.
