  13 ans pour ce Médoc de 2011. Un millésime assez atypique dans son déroulé climatique nécessitait un travail attentif dans les vignes et un tour de main particulier en cave. Du coup l'écart entre les bons domaines et les autres est encore plus important que d'habitude.
  
  Achat primeur et conservée depuis dans cave à 11°C.
  
  Bouteille ouverte et servie de suite : robe grenat intense et intensité forte, sur les fruits noirs et rouges (peu de notes tertiaires), belle mâche, nobles tanins. Elle peut-être appréciée dès aujourd'hui, avec carafage pour ceux qui le souhaitent profil plus souple des tanins.
  
  J'ouvrirai mes 2 dernières dans 4/5 ans désormais pour voir évolution sur notes tertiaires plus marquées.

  2011 wahr sicher kein besonderer Jahrgng aber ich hätte nicht gedacht das der Wein so viel Zeit benötigt um endlich aufzugehen. Habe schon zwe Flaschen vor ein paar Jahren getrunkne und jedes mal waren diese komisch, verschlossen, merkwürdig. Heute habe ich mal sehr lange dekantiert >3 Stunden und ja, eine wahre Freude. Typisch Cabernet, frisch, fruchtig und er zeigt immer noch, Luft nach oben und er wird sich weiter entwickeln. Werde auf jeden Fall die weiteren Flaschen noch weiter schlafen lassen und erst in 1-2 Jahren wieder eine heben.

  Bouteille au profil plus affiné que celle ouverte l’an passé - notes mentholées d’élevage, cassis, belle matière, tanins agréables. 91

  wine for a fridaynight closmanou - very dark colour, nose of dark fruits, mushroom and maybe a bit of cedar; palate - alcoholic still strong astringency - a bit difficult to understand. unbalanced or in a closed stage and maybe willing to open in the next 3-5 years. (16/20)!
