  Dark garnet color and a hint of bricking. Stewed or cooked cherries and prunes on the nose with a whack of vanilla and cocoa powder. Tastes like ruby port. Maraschino cherry finish. Enters the mouth with jammy red fruits and a old world style, finishes with more of a new world candied cherry style. Very well constructed, aged well and fun to drink.
