Open-knit fruit running from bright to dark: cherries, cooked strawberry, baked plums. Copious herbal and garrigue notes including menthol, black pepper, and ball-point pen ink. Very enjoyable now, I don't see this gaining much with age but should keep for a few more years.

Very nice wine for the price, sipped on this with some grilled beef tenderloin. Meat really brought forth the structure of this wine... dark fuits, strong, yet rounded tannins, spice.

Meat, herbs (as any 50/50 GS blend should have!), cherries. A touch medicinal. Not bursting with flavor, but easy drinking and enjoyable. Firm tannins suggest this could improve over the next few years. 87-89

No notes but WOTN at Cochon. Spicy, earthy, balance. Very nice, very good value.

A pleasant wine. Dark, deep, rich, and pleasant. The Syrah dominates.
