  Went to Mohegan Sun as part of an offsite strategic company meeting and found this in my room the last night. Since we hard already been drinking at dinner at Jordan's, just packed it up with the rest of my stuff and brought it home. Last night needed something to open for a couple of glasses and chose this. This wine is the definition of average. Fruit forward, simple, one dimensional. Unfortuantely, I barely made it through the first glass. Capped and refrigrated the rest for cooking. I see stew in my future this weekend.

  Decent bottle of inexpensive Merlot. Plum and cherry aromas. These are echoed on the palate, with some spicy clove and allspice notes and some nicely integrated oak.
