Deep ruby. Excellent acidity and mineral with a peppery freshness. Drinking window is open but could go 10 more years. IMO, drinks more like a Northern Rhone or Ribera del Duero than a dry Douro, if you're more familiar with those terroirs than Alentejo. Very good.

3 hour decant.
Very nice wine - all the traits I've come to expect, and enjoy here - depth, darkness with a wry smile - long finish.
