Served with vegetarian lasagna. Per prior notes, and thought it quite nice with more available floral/rose, cherry/strawberry presence in nose and a bit more integrated on palate than previously. Too more subtle tar/earth showing up. Very good with the food, with just right amount of fruit/acid/tannin to complement the dish. No rush to drink, but just fine now too. Last bottle however.

Served with ravioli & parsley pesto. Decanted 30 mins, probably could have used more as fruit really came out towards end of meal. Otherwise nice red fruit, hints of tar, licorice, earth. Tannin on tongue and lively acid that moderated as the fruit blossomed with air time. A bit of herb & floral quality on nose. Enjoyable as before. Seems like it will just keep going.
