PMcCullough: crisp, clean, straw color. Light pineapple and passion fruit on nose. This is one of TB's wines that the higher alcohol content should be toned down. The fruit notes on the palate appear to get muddled with the high alcohol content.

TJ oak and vanilla moderates the normal SB elements. It should be noted that I am not a big fan of NZ SB so I prefer some oak treatment with this varietal, although on this one it is a bit over the top.

Lush tropical fruit with good acidity. Delicious while working the barbecue on a nice summer day.
