Follow-up from yesterday. Vac-u-vin and refrigerated overnight. Almost a different wine. Denser. More opaque. Tarter. Earthier. Now mostly dark fruit with some tart cherry and spice on top in the finish. I'm baffled. It's like someone poured another wine in the bottle. That's why wine is so interesting.

Decanted thru an aerator and began drinking. Finished 1/2 over next three hours. This was my first try of their "second label." Medium cherry color with red brick. Light-bodied, more like a Pinot in mouthfeel. Very nice bright flavor. A little sweet/fruity at first, but that eased over time. I am a big fan of the refined style of their Dry Creek and single-vineyard Zins, and this is a nice addition at a lower price point. Great QPR.

Wow what a nice surprise. Light fun fruity but in an old world style. Not so California fruit bomb Nice spice. Raspberries. Little earth. Bit of a grip. Finishing on black tea. Really nice. Triple yum

Garnet color with earthy red fruits aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, fresh, silky smooth and balanced with cherry, raspberry, spice and mineral flavors. Medium+ finish
