  Clear pale tawny brown; clean medium plus nose of sweaty leather, burnt caramel, balsamic+ and wet loamy soil; dry; medium plus acidity; low tannins; medium alcohol; medium plus body; pronounced flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of baked apple/raspberry crumble, smoked meat and dried flowers; long finish; drink now; elegant - still so precise with fascinating tertiary notes; paired perfectly with rosemary lamb shank; popped and poured - started to fade after about an hour
