    Degustation 8 1/2 Tasting Menu

    Light & fresh strawberry and citrus nose. Fine beads. Red summer fruits but was a bit tarty without food. Complimented the dish well where it became rounder and more balanced.

    Wine paired with the 1st course of Seared Red Tuna with Fennal Pollen, eggplant salad, tomato and orange dressing.
