{screwcap, 12.7%} Very pale straw. Restrained nose of minerals, gooseberry, and a steely note. The palate has a touch of asparagus about the flavours; sauvignon-dominant, despite it being the minority partner in the blend. Rather tart and austere on the palate, although not hugely acidic; rather tends towards the phenolic. Light-medium bodied, finishing tangily dry. Still best drunk young I think, doubt there's much magic to be released here.
