Being and avid Claret and Cab drinker of Bremer, was not sure what to expect, this was GREAT! Full fruit, hint of chocolate, oak, fruit, tanins of a cab, after 1 hour it really opened up.

Opened for 1 hour prior to consuming over 1 1/2. Opening nose of deep blackberry fruit moved to a nice milk chocolate dominated experience. Nice mouth coating texture with blackberry and cherry dominating the senses. Firm structure (not off-putting) created a nice 30+ second finish. Solid wine, reminded me of a Pride Merlot. Must have some cab due to the structure...

very cab like...must be some cab in the blend...nose ok, very nice mouthfeel, lengthy finish...a bit oaky...balanced wine
