I decanted this wine 2 hrs before drinking with impressive results. This has all the pinot markers one would expect, as well as a nuanced terroir reminiscent of the Central Coast. It is lovely and drinking well right now. The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, raspberry, forest floor, mineral and light toast. It tastes like blackberry, raspberry, black currant (cassis), cherry, forest floor and mineral. The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
