  • Very consistent with previous notes. Light-bodied red fruits that make this a wonderful later afternoon warm weather wine.

  • Soft red fruits - light cherry, pomegranate. A hint of earthiness in the aromas, but I cannot detect it in the taste. A little soft through the mid-palate but would prefer a bit more acidity.

After some time in the glass, the finish adds tartness and I detect some level of tannins on a longer finish.

After a night in the frig and 30 minutes out on the counter, I liked this wine a bit more. It definitely appeals more when cooler - more sharpness to the fruits, more acidity.

At 12.5 ABV, I think this would make a great somewhat cooled summer thirst quencher.
