  The rosé is an 85/15 mix of chardonnay and pinot noir, the latter providing the light salmon color in the glass, nose had strawberry and raspberry notes, palate was crunchy with citrus, lotsa tiny bubbles, medium finish. But it tastes like one integrated thing rather than a moving target. Served as an aperitif with a bunch of nibbles: marcona almonds, duck grieben, rillettes de canard and spiced tuna on endive. I continued to drink it with the cassoulet and it went perfectly well with it.
  Wish I had a case of this!

  Gorgeous copper salmon color, with thousands of tiny, tiny bubbles. Lovely mousse. On the nose delicious cream cheese strawberry danish, and on the palate, rye sour dough with cherry preserves, finishing first with sour cherries running to French sour dough bread. Paul Georg champagnes are some of my favorites. When you have a special occasion (or it’s Wednesday), buy it and enjoy it!

  Clean mineral and apple brandy nose. Strong bubbles. Mineral and strawberry palate. Some acidity, quick finish. Best as a palate cleanser

  Medium pink. Tart cherry, raspberry and strawberry with lemon peel, lees and toast. A round mouth feel with good acid and medium finish. Tart cherry is highlighted on the palate with a nice crisp finish.
