  Sans savoir, on est allé direct sur sauvignon, avec un petit côté « Dagueneau » en plus solaire et concentré (plus ramassé). Dense, minéral, mais moins aérien, il prodigue une belle pureté, de la complexité autour des agrumes (Yuzu, citron confit, pamplemousse, effluves de limonade), fleurs blanches, épices.... la bouche est tendre, puis tendue et saline, étirée, avec de l’énergie mais pas comme avec l´illustre Didier (et Benjamin tout aussi fort), qui offre plus de relief et de fraîcheur.

  Not to be missed. 2010 #altenidibrassica from #gaja. 100% #sauvignonblanc and one of the finest #sauvignonblanc I’ve ever had. Crisp, lemon zest, minerality and stone fruit pour from the glass. The name of the wine comes from white stone walls of #piedmont and the yellow flowers that flourish in the vineyards during spring. 95pts #angelogaja #wine #winesofinstagram #whitewine #piedmont #nyc #foodie. Paired with #castiron #scallops and #mushroomrisotto.
