  Beautiful Pechstein characters of rich minerality woven with apple blossom and white flower. A subtle nuance of pastry dough balanced with acidity shows promise for even more absurdly delicious flavors with age.

  Nose is decidedly similar to my beloved Pechstein GG still bottlings with an almost sulphurous minerally character (likely an expression of the black basalt fragments which coat the vineyard) which sits atop a sweet alluring metallic aroma. Pure intense fresh fruit acids on the palate, very drying. A lovely gift from Monika at von Buhl which I desperately wish I could get more of without having to travel to beautiful Deidesheim. Who knew they did a vineyard specific sekt.
