This wine was a wonderful pairing with our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The prominent Granache fruit provides a nice balance with poultry, full-bodied without overwhelming other flavors in our meal. I think the wine has benefited from its time in the bottle, we'll wait awhile before opening the next.

This bottle was just good compared to others. Was a bit too acidic that took more than a day to soften. Not sure why this was different than the others.

The Grenache predominates in this overly expensive wine sold only to Dead Horse Club members. This Red Blend is 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 25% Mourvedre. All from Red Mountain. Only 4 barrels were produced. Very bright cherry notes and lots of acid. It is good but terrible QPR.

Good but definitely not worth $60 per bottle. Definitely thinking of dropping out of the expensive Dead Horse Club at Mark Ryan Winery. Bright acidic notes on nose and taste. Would pair with meat.

See prior notes. Great taste horrible QPR. This bottle has lasted over 2 days. The fruit is nicely balanced with the inherent acid. Very good!
