  Light ruby red color. Light body. Very thin at first; it needed two hours of air to fill-out, deepen, and grow soft and smooth. Lovely and well-balanced, with lots of red berry fruit and some mineral notes. You might want to give this a year or two to put on weight, but I see absolutely no need to wait until it's ten years old like the "Community Drink Dates" suggests.
