  • Fairly light color. The nose shows lighter aromas of tart red berries, flowers, pepper with hints of underbrush and spice. This is medium bodied on the palate, with decent concentration and a fair amount of finesse. A lack of style though. The medium length finish features slightly coarse tannins and bright acidity.

  • Beautiful ruby red, clear, clean appearance, bing cherry, a hint of sour on the nose, along with spice, which carries over to the palate, a tart freshness in the mouth, which is full of bright red fruits. Tannins are silky smooth and lingering. Looking forward to trying this again with some age! I first tasted this wine at the Chateau cellar in Burgundy.
