A bit reductive at first (tulip water) but it goes away pretty soon. Nicely developed taste, although still fresh, with a lovely chalky acid spine, cherry/earthy flavours and softened tannins. More accessible than Cotar's hard cabernet, it drinks really well and should keep too.
