  Even though this is kind of simple, and possibly a little sweet, you can't help but like this wine. It is fruity, fresh and juicy with just enough acid and tannins to round things out. It may be a bit manipulated. Deep rich color. Blueberry and boysenberry nose. The soft, rotary fermented blueberry, and plum fruit has that full palate coating experience we have come to expect from Aussie Shiraz. Opens up with some air and swirling. A touch of something bitter towards the long juicy finish.
