Light yellow colored with a nose of sweet yellow orchard fruit. The palate is far less sweet than the nose suggests, with just the barest bit of residual sugar. The palate is yellow orchard fruit, lemon, petrol, and minerals. Light on the tongue with plenty of acidity that is well-integrated, with a slightly rounded mouthfeel. Excellent persistence.
Unsurprisingly, held up quite well on day two with no noticeable decline. Should drink well for many years to come.

Just enough residual sugar to round the wine out without giving any perception of sweetness. Firm, mineral, decent intensity, but lacks a little density. Good Saar without anything standing out to take it to the next level. Cellared since original release.

Nose of flowers, with mineral tones without any signs of petroleum
Lemons/citrus with surprisingly good body for 11,5%, the wine appears dry on the palate and is just starting toi approach its drinking window, but no hurry
Very good riesling from Mosel in what to me is an outstanding vintage

Cork, 11.5% alc. AP0712. Light gold.
Surging aromas that keep building and getting stronger. Peach, pear, pineapple, red apple, green minty herbs, mandarin pith, and vanilla.
Grippy and chewy on the palate. Good length; finishing almost dry with a quinine bitterness, yet with extra body from the residual sugar.
Opinion: drink now or hold for up to another 5 to 10 years. Even better and more integrated on day five. Give this a good decant.
