Average of my 91 (excellent wine) and the wife's 95 (one of her all time favorites). Still tannic. Very dark. Somewhere between a high quality tempranillo and a supertuscan. Would recommend highly.

Wow, this clearly needs more time. The first day open it was about a 74 and tasted borderline corked. By day 2, there was marked improvement, maybe 85. Day 3 and it's a solid 90. Reminiscent of the drier California syrahs, utterly opaque blackish purple with a meaty, dusty nose and chewy mouthfeel. I'm glad I kept the faith with this one.
