  Popped and pured this last week with a salmon dinner. Not very impressed, as it was fairly light bodied, and there was too much acidity and/or not enough fruit. It did open up a little with time and food, but this bottle was a disappointment. A nice enough and correct nose, but the palate was weak (B).
