Notes from night two. Totally consistent w/last night if memory serves. Very likable and well put together, although nothing screaming out "buy more of me for $40".
Nice bracing lemon on the attack that borders on shrill. Poached pear, Greek yogurt, brioche. Medium-plus finish, medium body, and balanced throughout. Excellent.

I thought this was a little on the bland side. Not enough acidity to give it real character.
