  But it's good that they did. This needed 10 years to come around. Though I'd definitely describe this as almost-off-dry, there's also a bit of mushroomy earth now showing and even a spine of minerality. Maybe that's what attracted me to these? Dare i say, it's even balanced, in a way, and is nice with spicy chili.

  The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral. It tastes like red currant. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
