Decanted for one hour. Nose of black raspberry, blueberry, currant, mocha, vanilla and forest floor. Black and blue fruit, chocolate, anise, forest floor and spice on the palate. Excellent depth and length. Full bodied. Served with grilled porterhouse steaks and blue cheese, black truffle butter.

Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for 1.5 hours. Nose of blackberry, black cherry, currant, mocha and licorice. Red and black fruit, mocha, spice box, crushed rock and velvety smooth tannins on the palate. Leads to a very long finish with excellent balance. Full bodied. Served with chateaubriand.
