Opened very tart with muted nose. After sitting in the glass, aroma opened to spice, with red cherry on the mouth. Agree with previous commenter - not a great QPR for $40. I have one bottle left that I'll try in a couple months.

Texas Hill region - Tasted at winery: Cherries jubilee. Decent balance of tannins and acidity. QPR lacking at $40. (Doris 89. enjoyed. very smooth)
