From Magnum. Decanted 45 minutes. A very pleasant surprise after seeing the WS88 score. A thank you to Spectator for bringing the auction price on this bottle so low. At first, the Oak, minerals, and sage were a bit too dominate but within a hour the ripe blackberries and blueberries emerged and the wine came into balance. A smooth wine with hints of Eucalyptus, strawberries and green pepper. This 5 noble grape wine was showing very well for hours without changing. In this size format, drink to 2027 or later.

From Magnum. Plenty of overripe black, blue and red fruit but also dry, sweet Oak, touch of dried sage. Smooth. A value wine
