A lighter Pinot with notes of cherry, red fruit, hints of plum and spice. Opened a little with time in the glass. Lacking the typical Oregon forest floor funk. My bottles of this wine never hit the spot for me.

Slightly pale in color with slight browning. Rather simple nose with a slight odor of VA. Simple initial red fruit flavor followed by a big influx of tannin. Slightly sherried finish. Though properly stored it gives an impression of having aged past prime without the tannis ever coming into balance. Possibly corked.

Transparent ruby with clear meniscus. Aromas of dark and dark red fruits, wet tobacco, dill, earth, graphite, and floral. Medium body and acid, shortish finish, and flavors of black cherry and plum, dill pickle, orange peel, and black tea. It's short, but otherwise, I really enjoy this.

Nice delicate wine with dark fruit up front. Would not hold this one much longer.
