NobleRottersSydney - Pinot Noir (Verde, East Sydney): {screwcap, 13.5%} (Geoffrey) Oak-infused choc-cherry aromas. Medium-bodied. Classic pinot flavours, with certain clinical sterility and cleanliness to them. You’d never mistake this for burgundy. Soft powdery tannins, dry, very bright and hard at this age. Might be interesting to see how this goes; it’s bit primal for now.

Very smooth and velvety, sweet red fruit, tannin has melted away.
