  Marvelous Riesling, with plenty of fruit aromas like lime peels, grapefruit, hints of pineaple and passion fruit, combined with honey and flowers, flint and fine herbs. In the mouth, it's incredibly fresh with a very high acidity, which is very balanced with its full body, 13% alcohol and light sweetness. Very intense flavour which dominates the entire mouth and persists for a very long time, bringing about all its elegance. Very gastronomic, it is great with japanese food, as well as with a cheese fondue. A great wine that would improve in bottle for at least 10 years and hold for 10 more. Drink now to 2030.
