- Yellow gold color and aromas of apple, vanilla and oak. It's in total harmony and has flavours of apple, diacetyl (butter) and vanilla with a full body. Round texture with a long finish.

Lovely balance this. Oak seems quite integrated. Certainly not obtrusive. Lots of presence, but not heaviness. A little butter perhaps. Certainly Meursault-like, though without the 'cut' and precision of the (much more expensive) best of those. A lovely example of new world Chardonnay.
