Mild white fruit aromas. Lively flavors of pear and minerals. Sweet apricot notes in the finish. Interesting version of a not always interesting grape, and from an unusual source. Balanced harmonious flavors with enough oomph to stand up to Indian spice. Not a bargain at ~$21 but I've done a lot worse at this price.

No sulphur added. This is pure grape - tastes like fresh must, with a good acidity and a nice apple fruit and grassy notes. On the whole very drinkable, would go well with seafood or good company. Recommended if you want to present something different, yet appealing to your guests or want to try something new. Definitely not mainstream, and quite a bit from regular white wines.
