  this is a very interesting take on loire chenin. each sip held my interest. not sweet but also not too old or dried out. just lovely.

  The wine showed clear size of age / oxidation and felt either in a dumb phase or over the hill. Though well balanced with plenty of acid and mineral weight the wine showed otherwise quite hollow.

  Intense pineapple, lemon, hay, and flint on the nose; a little more apricot-y on the palate. It has a sensation of denseness due to the surprising viscosity, but it's all backed up by ample acidity and there's a ton of minerality also. Medium to long waxy, tart finish. A heavyweight for a dry chenin; definitely not lean, more opulent. I mean that not as a bad thing here. Pair accordingly with richer fare.

  Dry hey, lanolin and waxy vanilla notes on the nose. Is a real concentration density and complexity to the nose. Lemon curd with the classic Chenin density, red pear and white peach with a citrus and mineral finish. Ope style, good stuff

  Color amarillo bien brillante y finas irisaciones doradas, gruesa lágrima. Nariz de muy buena intensidad con unos aromas de fruta blanca algo dulzona (manzana y pera), fruta de hueso (albaricoque fresco y en almíbar), lichis, notas herbáceas muy frescas, suaves sensaciones de olivada verde que contrasta con unas finas notas amieladas, orejones, y un suave fondo de notas mentoladas, tomillo y fina mineralidad fresca. Fresca y agradable entrada en boca al que le sigue un suave recorrido bien sabroso y algo dulzón (llega a recordar a una botrytis temprana), muy buena acidez, sabrosa fruta blanca y algo de ciruelas amarillas, untuoso, agradable, con volumen, finas notas amargas que le dan estructura, fino, muy agradable, vertical, intenso y fina persistencia. Final largo, postgusto de fruta blanca madura y retronasal suavemente dulzón.
