  This is an incredible expression of pinot noir. It is a coy and playful yet true to itself. Unlike most sparkling pinot that says very little of itself in the context of the grape, this wine is fearless in expressing all the delicate berry fruit and even the funk and spice we associate with Burgundy. For those willing to accept this is (as advertised) a "Rouge de Noirs" instead of a "Blanc de Noirs", you'll be pleasantly surprised by the approachability and the depth; complexity, length and versatility - hallmarks of greatness.
