  Very nice. Had this with grilled shrimp & scallops. Paired nicely. There is a lot going on with this Cava. I'd say this wine is at it's peak right now.

  Very good. Could easily be passed off as NV champagne. Toasty, bread dough aromas. Apple and pear fruit with a long, chalky finish.

  Drank all six as part od the Garagiste side-by-side tasting. This wine finished 4th. The group preferred the finish on The reserve 1 better. No good notes as we consumed them on New Year's Eve. I decanted all for only about 3 hours.
