Lunch at Salumi's (Seattle, WA, USA): Relatively anonymous Washington Cab. Not much varietal character. Nothing green or untoward or over the top. Just sort of middling.

Prior review nailed it. Fruit forward, juicy style. Moderate oak. Mouthfilling flavor, but limited complexity/depth and a shortish finish. A good quaffer and decent QPR.

Drinking extremely well right now. Great expression of WA dark fruits, some earth and a touch of minerality. Exceeded my expectations. Recommend.
