  WHOA. This is amazing wine, in an amazing spot for drinking. The nose is so bright and shiny, and the individual scents are so distinct. There are lemons, preserved and fresh. And nuts, roasted and raw. There is salt and chalk. There are glimpses of chamomile and green tea. And the nose knits together beautifully too, to form something greater than the sum of those parts. The palate too is glorious, kaleidoscopic. Very special wine, and in a perfect spot.

  Lovely. This reminded me of how much I love good sherries. The nose was a savoury marvel, with salted nuts, oyster shells, saline sea spray, and aromas of dried fig and orange peel. The palate was rich yet super-dry and supremely balanced, with a real focused punch of dried fig and lemon peel dancing around nutty notes, saline seashells and a long tail of mineral and citrus acidity. A really good sherry with tons of energy, freshness and focus to it. Complex, complete and effortless, this was lovely stuff.

  Oh. My. God. Utterly gorgeous and in a wonderful place. The nose and the flavors are piercing and intense, and the palate presence is gentle and completely balanced. There isn't really a finish, the wine just keeps going. Amazing wine.

  Superb. Deep, vibrant, saline, savory, with long finish. A compete and true wine. But also an intense and somewhat austere wine, not everyone will fall for it.

  Beautiful pasada tones of brown butter/toffee layered with saline and chamomile notes. Clean and articulate in its aromas and flavors, which veer towards savory and brown now, but still bright. Very long, seriously. Gorgeous.
