Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • If memory serves, this is my first time with this wine/producer. That said, I truly hope it is not my last time, as this was really quite lovely. A crackling spine of crushed oyster shell and mineral, with just a dab of honey on the nose, though bone dry on the broad, cool yellow and white-fruited palate. Medium-bodied, great length and, again, immensely satisfying. This should be drunk now or the next 5 years - though if I had a case of it, none would last longer than a few years as this is firing on all cylinders now. A superb value under $30. 13,0% abv., recommended

    Served non-blind, PnP.
