- Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of blackberry. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of blackberry, black pepper and dusty with a medium body. Smooth texture with a medium finish - Good, still a bit green. Went perfect with my ahi tuna steak, soft enough, but enough body to hold its own. I enjoyed a bit of it solo before the meal and was pleasant on its own.
