Kind of weird, I certainly wouldn't have guessed that a) these guys would make this and b) that this is a Southern Rhone wine. Very fruity and ripe, my biggest gripe is that the Merlot dominates the palate and doesn't let the Grenache shine like it should.

(Domaine Pierre Usseglio & Fils Panorama Palette d'Arômes) Medium dark red violet color; beet juice, light pepper, dried red fruit nose; tasty, dried cherry, dried berry, mineral, garrigue palate; medium-plus finish (50% Merlot, 40% Grenache, 5% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon; a very good value)
