Pop 'n Pour. After 30 minutes it hit its stride. Nice barely-full ripeness cherry and some strawberry fruits, minerals and touch of dried herbs. Very smooth. Elegant but the finish faded a bit too quickly less than 10 seconds. Nonetheless a well-made old world burg style at a reasonable price point.
