  Purple-black robe. Aromas of black fruit, black licorice, cardamon, currant, fig and black walnut. Luscious, lip-smacking palate. Tangy acidity. Sweet, smooth, lengthy finish, with the slightest trace of spice. Can't help thinking this would be a great big hit for Thanksgiving. Decant: dramatically improves with surface area exposure to air. 13.8% abv. QPR. Drink through remainder of the year.
