  • This wine is clear with a pale lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and in a developing stage, it shows medium intensity aromas of green apple, fresh apricots, yeast, lemon peel and hints of grass. It's dry in the mouth with a medium+ refreshing acidity, medium integrated alcohol, medium body with a moderately rich texture and medium+ intensity flavours of green apple, fresh apricots, lemon peel and neutral yeast. Medium finish. It's a good quality wine that shows some typicity but lacks a bit of complexity, I also expect a richer texture from a Muscadet sur lie, but there is some of it and it has a pretty decent amount of concentration. I does not have the amazing elegance and finesse of the best Muscadets, but it's well done and a very good value for money. Can drink now, but it can improve over the next 5 years developing toward more complex aromas, and probably it could be kept even longer (about 2-3 years more).
