  • An unusual sparkling Beaujolais, made as 'Petillant Naturel' and thus with a residual sugar from being bottled before the end of its natural fermentation. The result is a delicious low alcohol (7.5%) pleasantly sweet but well balanced aperitif wine. The semi-carbonic maceration leads to bright raspberry and redcurrant aromas and flavours. Very pleasant although not the best value for money.
