  This is as close to perfection as I've ever tasted. The nose, at first timid shows apples and pears with a layer of caramel and a hint of corn and hazelnuts. The palate is at first refreshing, with green apples followed by popcorn (hold the butter) and grilled nuts before bursting lemons come on the finish. Great acidity on the finish means the flavours last a good minute. Terrific!
