peach and honey, with nice acidic backbone to prevent a syrup like mess. Desert wines/Ice wines do not appeal to everyone, but I would advise those who do not care for them to try this wine or a good tokaji - as the flavor and subtlety of these wines matches the best pinots/cabernets/chardonnays of the world.
